After nearly forty years of feeding the Bentleyville and Washington County community from its original location off of I-70, the Carlton Diner now serves up traditional diner fare in a converted bank rich with charm and character in downtown Bentleyville. The Carlton Diner offers up a wide range of menu options and rotating specials.

The Carlton Diner serves deliciously affordable breakfast favorites like pancakes, eggs, bacon and more ALL DAY. Customer favorites include our Apple Fritter French Toast and Malted Waffles, though we are perhaps best known for “Slop,” a hearty breakfast blend of ham, sausage, peppers, onions and eggs topped with cheese and served over seasoned home fries.

Lunch at the Carlton Diner
Our lunch menu features classic diner fare like Club Sandwiches, fried chicken, meatloaf with redskin mashed potatoes, hearty salads, fabulous burgers, and both battered and fresh-cut fries. Rotating specials like our Philly Cheese Steak Pot Roast Hoagie and our Liver and Onions round up a wide range of hearty, affordable lunches and dinners.

Special Events at the Carlton Diner
The Carlton Diner is available for private parties and events hosting up to 60 people outside of our normal operating hours. Please contact us for more information about hosting your event at the Carlton Diner.
Grazing Trays & Special Orders
Looking for something out of the ordinary for your next event? Check out our grazing trays and grazing table spreads. Available by special order, our trays are customizable and can be picked up, or delivered. Our grazing table setups are available via custom quote and can be set up at the location of your choice.
